We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available. Please email us at hello@towhatextend.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel with attachments of pictures showing the defect. Upon confirmation of product defect, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
We allow colour exchange for hair extensions (same style) within 7 days from your day of purchase, subjected to availability. Item should be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Write to us at hello@towhatextend.com to request for an exchange approval.
To What Extend reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item shows signs of use or wear and tear, or hair extension has been cut/ washed/ dyed/ styled using heated tools.
All products purchased with a discount code, during promotion period and sale items do not qualify for returns or exchange.
In the event of an approved refund, please note that shipping fees will be non refundable and only the price of returned item will be refunded.
If you have received a wrong item, we sincerely apologise for overlooking! Please write to us at hello@towhatextend.com with your order number and we will advise from there. Postage incurred from returning of item will be credited into your account.
