Shipping Policy

All orders should be checked thoroughly before payment. We do not amend any orders once it has been confirmed. However, we understand that mistakes do happen. If you would like to cancel your order and place a new one instead, please contact us immediately at hello@towhatextend of your purchase so we can help.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 2-5 business days for Standard Shipping. Shipping charges are at a flat rate of $5. Standard Shipping fee within Singapore is on us for orders above S$100.

All orders placed over the weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.

All of our domestic orders are being handled by Ninjavan. Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched out within 2 business days (excluding preorders and backorders) and a tracking number will be provided.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

We are equally excited for you to receive your parcel! For tracking of domestic orders within Singapore, please use https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking to track order transit status. Should you have missed the delivery, Ninjavan offers 2 redelivery services at no charge - a total of 3 delivery attempts. Additional delivery fee applies should you require a 4th attempt of delivery.

You can only pick up your parcel after receiving a pick-up confirmation email from us. Please kindly refer to the email for pick-up schedule. All orders have to be picked up within two months from the date of purchase. After which, your order will be forfeited and there will be no refund processed.
